This is a photograph of a high-energy molecule called Creatine Phosphate. It is stored in our muscles, heart and brain for when we need to take quick action.  Its our backup system after a few seconds of muscle work – this replenishes the molecular energy cycle.

We know there is an energy crisis in the world, but what about within our selves and cells.  Amazingly, our bodies, produce and recycle about 3 pounds of energy a day just to maintain our health.  And when we are stressed, like fighting an infection, training for a marathon, or dealing with life’s challenges, more energy is needed.

What do we need for our cells to manufacture energy?  The right molecules like sugar, oxygen and most of the B-vitamins. Exercise and meditation helps, too. If your body is tense and tight, cells are less efficient in making energy.  Everything YOU need for good health, your cells need.  Make sure you get rest, relaxation, good air, lots of water and good food.  Take your cells our for a walk.

This photomicrograph is a reminder – when you need a quick sprint, this force is with you.
