I suppose it could be said, drink red wine while whining about last night’s election. So first a toast to the winners especially in my home state of California, we’re still blue.
To be honest, I am blue about the national election results and the direction of this country. We need change but I don’t see that tea-flavored anything will bring us to a productive forward move. I am willing to be wrong.
And in the spirit of change, I hope this swing brings people together to make a positive difference in the economy and the culture. Another toast to the end of all the anger and hatred we saw leading up to the elections. Time for reconciliation.
