Over the last decades I’ve learned a lot about loving, reaching out and opening up – becoming awake and aware.
And I’m not through and neither are you.
LOVE, to me, is ABOUT BEING OPEN,
BEING Connected –
Resonating together.
Our cells have known it all along.
Just imagine, when you remember being loved or feeling appreciated, a billion or more cells are engaged in the romance.
The Sufi mystic Rumi talks about the BELOVED.
Perhaps our cells hold us as beloved when we experience or remember love.
What greater intelligence is there than that –
to know that we can reach into the heart of our cells and
being lovingly embraced.
