I have taught and shared this material with decades of people – health professionals and health-challenged – and will offer you what seems to be useful for more of us. EXPLORATION: Discovering Sanctuary
Is there a place you go to that is your sanctuary, in reality, or your imagination?
For me, a vineyard or the ocean, are always places I can find sanctuary.
Create sanctuary where you are
First of all, you have to let your mind have a rest. Turn off the chatter by substituting music, humming, breathing, being engaged fully in……
Next, sigh to the place inside that brings and holds your peacefulness –
remembering something or someone to be grateful for usually helps remember…. just in case
Third – Hummmmmmmmmm an EM for at least 9 breaths……
