Those of us who enjoy wine can experience how a cab may improve with age, or a bottle opened yesterday has fallen apart. Our mouth and nose give us clues whether we will like the wine – maybe. Well I happen to photograph changes in wine as it evolves into different energetic expressions. I am sure these microscopic portraits of wine’s inner structure tell us something about the wine’s character and inner nature – Now to find people who want to explore that possibility – for beauty how wine’s evolve – the art of the science
