Have you ever wondered what you need to do to stretch your limits?

TO Expand the possibilities in your life?

One thing is certain, we need to shift our mind and attitudes.  Think differently! Remember the early APPLE ads?

One way to stretch our mind is to stretch our cells.

If we attach ourselves to a point of view and get stuck there, we could work on our mind to shake the point of view.   For me that could take forever. How about trying to walk or stretch it out of our bodies?

Is MOVING OUR CELLS a way to move our mind?

If we get those cells a little less stuck, they shift what they are able to do and the molecular messages they express. More on the science.

So here’s an experiment in getting unstuck. Can we with our bodies break out from the same old mind prisons?

I’m going to experiment with you in breaking an old pattern, so ingrained it has a trail in my brain.
