As a Cell Health Guide I focus primarily on your healing or your desired lifestyle change. One session may be enough.
A guidance session may include guided imagery, lifestyle change, support through your healing process. For health professionals, a mentoring session can enhance what you are teaching your own clients, the cellular health perspective integrating health science with integrative medicine, and spirituality, when asked for.
