This is for one individual session. It could be for guidance for a health issue, such as cancer, autoimmune issues, stress, etc. It lasts an hour. Email me to discuss your goals and vision.
We focus primarily on your healing or your desired lifestyle change. One session may be enough. It may include teaching you cell wisdom appropriate for your situation, guided imagery, lifestyle change, and definitely support for your healing process. Additional sessions or simple short follow-up sessions are also possible.
For health professionals, a mentoring session can enhance what you are teaching your own clients, the cellular health perspective integrating health science with integrative medicine, and spirituality, when asked for.
