When asked about how I teach about the dense topic of our  cells, one answer is that we become them by embodying and humanizing them.  In other words, we act them out as we learn how they work and what are their lessons.

Last week I met an incredible artist – SHOSHANAH DUBINER – who captures in her paintings what I am talking about.

Even though our cells are our bodies, how often do we think about the fact that trillions of invisible living ‘entities’ are us? They communicate, cooperate and create without our interference.  Yet what we do greatly influences their chemical makeup, health and actions.  How do you care for your cells?

Sometimes there are days when I should exercise but can’t get motivated.  Then I say – take your cells out for a walk, THEY need it.

Cells R Us and its time to discover their/our beauty and deep inner wisdom.
