The last time I offered this program was live in China 2019, right before the Covid outbreak.

Discover the sacred sanctuary of your cellular universe!

Through a blending of science, art and practices you will learn and experience your own sacred healing nature and discover your cellular universe.  Your body is composed of trillions of invisible intelligent cells that are you, that keep you well and manage everything you need, biologically, for life.  Cells R Us. You have almost unlimited abilities to help manage them and your well-being.  Learn practices that engage cellular intelligence and  healing strategies embracing knowledge from ancient and modern traditions.  The 2 hour introductory session on Feb 2nd takes you into your cellular  beauty and intelligence within you giving you new skills and knowledge for healing and knowing yourself better.

In the 5-session retreat you will get acquainted with your cells as a tangible physical part of you, the living stuff that makes up your body. Every part of you that’s alive is made of invisible smart cells. Trillions of cells that are you  live in community, communicating and cooperating. Get to know how they manage all the activities that keep you alive. Discover your role in communicating and nurturing your cells. Explore strategies and skills for living and aging well as we uncover the science underlying our responses to threat, danger, and pleasure. Transform your perceptions and experience of stress to enliven your life, and activate your inner healing powers.

You will have a whole new understanding and appreciation of your body and feel more empowered to take better care of yourself.  You will gain practical knowledge and skills through science, art and experiential exercises.

Sessions begin on Feb.2 for 5 weeks at 6-8 CST.  Live on Zoom
