This website and blog offers two broad strokes based on my two passions – cells (what we’re made of) and wine (what we enjoy). There will be art, some science, reflections on their sacred connections and surprises. This page will provide links to blogs in these areas.
Who am I?
A scientist (PhD biochemistry), post-doctoral fellowship in immunology and hematology. I became an educator after years of doing medical research because I wanted to help people ‘feel better.’
A photographer with fascination and expertise with the microscope – the INNER world fascinates me in its beauty and deep wisdom. My first book WINE’S HIDDEN BEAUTY celebrates wine and life showing the surprising delight inside a glass of wine. My next book is Secrets of Your Cells exploring the wisdom and architecture of our inner world out this year.
I am a wine and food lover, grandma and mother, gardener, and explorer. 
The goal here is to connect with you, provide you something you didn’t already know, and open you to the amazing world of which we are a part.
